I recently bit the bullet and bought a new digital camera! While it's a point-and-shoot pocket camera, it appears to be a very nice one; nicer than I initially realized, despite the relatively hefty price tag. Sadly, I am still relatively clueless about all the things this camera can do, I'm doing my best to figure it out. I borrowed a book from the library called Digital Photography for Dummies. It seems pretty thorough so far; if it's really good, I might even go so far as to buy it as a reference.

I'm also going to buy Adobe CS4 sometime soon, so I'm looking forward to learning how to use it, though I figure that will take me a while. What a happy thought!

I had a college microeconomics exam last Wednesday, a chemistry test on Friday, a Spanish test today, and a math test to look forward to this Thursday.

And speaking of which, I have a college composition paper to research, so I had better get back to it. Sorry this is such a short update.

Actually, 'exhausted' might be a better word for it. I am utterly and completely ready to kick back and do NOTHING.

Unfortunately, that's not exactly how my life is going to be for a while. For the last few weeks, I have been wrapped up in registering at the local community college for dual-credit classes this coming fall. I still have to schedule an orientation program, besides juggling work, vacations, and a dozen other projects I want to do. 'Busy' doesn't describe the half of it.

So dA will probably be less of a priority in my life for a while. However, you won't find me 'offline for 1w, 2d, 14 min, 7 sec'. I'll still be online fairly often.
